About Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection:

Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection is a Isophane insulin injection Each ml Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection contains Human Insulin (r-DNA origin) 100 IU, m-cresol Ph. Eur. 1.6 mg, Glycerine 16 mg, Phenol 0.65 mg, Protamine Sulphate  q.s., Dibasic Sodium Phosphate 3.78 mg, Zinc oxide q.s., Hydrochloric Acid Solution 10%  q.s. and Sodium Hydroxide Solution 10%  and Water for injection  q.s. to 1 ml.

Use of Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection  :

Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection is prescribed for treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection may be used for Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.

Usage direction of Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection  :

• Doctor will advise the right dose and duration of administration as per the patient’s condition.
• Before using Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection know the administration process from the enclosed leaflet.
• Suspension is to be shaken gently before use.
• Administer subcutaneously into the thigh, upper arm, or abdomen and rotate the injection sites.
• Do not stop, skip or change the dose without physician’s advice.
• Do not use if any damage found in the rubber plunge or any floating particle observed.

• If you find any complication during taking this medication inform your physician immediately.
• If you are taking any medications and any other supplements please inform your physician.
• Please take precaution during the use of Huminsulin N 100 IU/ml Injection in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the pack, or if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Pregnancy & lactation : Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy or lactation.
• Storage : Keep in a refrigerator at temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Should not be allowed to freeze.
