About Formosone Forte Respicaps:

Formosone Forte Respicap is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

Each hard gelatin Formosone Forte Respicap capsule for dry powder inhalation contains Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate equivalent to Formoterol Fumarate 12 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate 500 mcg and Excipients q.s.

Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic, trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. It exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells and mediators involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Formoterol is a very potent long-acting adrenoceptor beta2-agonist with high intrinsic activity and rapid onset of action. Formoterol stimulates the beta -2 receptor, causing bronchodilation by relaxing the smooth muscle in the airway.

Use of Formosone Forte Respicaps:

Formosone Forte Respicap is prescribed for the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

Usage direction of Formosone Forte Respicaps:

• Formosone Forte Respicaps are intended for oral inhalation use only.
• Capsules are intended for inhalation through Respihaler only and not to be swallowed.
• Before using Formosone Forte Respicap, know the administration process properly from enclosed leaflet.
• Keep the container tightly closed.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precaution & Related information of Formosone Forte Respicaps:

• If allergic to Formosone Forte Respicaps, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
