About Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler :

Each actuation of Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler delivers Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate equivalent to Formoterol Fumarate 6 mcg and Budesonide 400 mcg.

Use of Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler :

Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler is used to prescribe for relieving the long-term symptoms of Asthma & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Usage direction of Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler :

• Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler is intended for inhalation use only.
• Please check the package leaflet or label instruction before use.
• Shake well before each use.
• Always replace the dust cap on the inhaler after use.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• If allergic to Formonide 400 mcg Inhaler, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep away from eyes.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Store below 25ºC and do not freeze.
