About Flunarin 10 mg Tablet:

Flunarin 10 mg tablet is a selective calcium-entry blocker used as a migraine prophylaxis.

Each uncoated Flunarin 10 mg tablet contains Flunarizine 10mg (As Flunarizine Dihydrochloride).

Flunarizine inhibits the influx of extracellular calcium through myocardial and vascular membrane pores by physically plugging the channel. The decrease in intracellular calcium inhibits the contractile processes of smooth muscle cells, causing dilation of the coronary and systemic arteries, increased oxygen delivery to the myocardial tissue, decreased total peripheral resistance, decreased systemic blood pressure, and decreased afterload.

Use of Flunarin 10 mg Tablet:

Flunarin 10 mg tablet is prescribed for the prophylaxis of migraine, vertigo, and vestibular disorders.

It can also be used as an adjuvant in the therapy of epilepsy.

Usage direction of Flunarin 10 mg Tablet:

• Flunarin 10 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Flunarin 10 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.

To be avoided in pregnancy & lactation.

Storage condition of Flunarin 10 mg Tablet:

• Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
