About Esokem D Capsule:

Each hard gelatin Esokem D capsule contains Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate equivalent to Esomeprazole 40mg (As enteric-coated pellets), Domperidone 30mg (As sustained-release pellets) and Excipients q.s.

Use of Esokem D Capsule:

Esokem D capsule is used to prescribe for the treatment of:

• Gastro-esophageal reflux disease
• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
• Erosive esophagitis
• Gastric ulcer
• Nausea
• Vomiting

Usage direction of Esokem D Capsule:

• Esokem D capsule should be taken orally.
• Esokem D capsule should be swallowed whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Esokem D Capsule:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Esokem D Capsule :

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light & moisture.
