About of Eslo Tel 5 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Eslo Tel 5 mg tablet contains S (-) Amlodipine Besylate equivalent to S (-) Amlodipine 5mg, Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Eslo Tel 5 mg Tablet:

Eslo Tel 5 mg tablet is used for the treatment of Hypertension.

Usage Direction of Eslo Tel 5 mg Tablet:

• Eslo Tel 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Eslo Tel 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Eslo Tel 5 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue this product as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus.
