About Eslo Tel 2.5 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Eslo Tel 2.5 mg tablet contains S(-) Amlodipine Besylate equivalent to S (-) Amlodipine 2.5mg, Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Eslo Tel 2.5 mg Tablet:

Eslo Tel 2.5 mg tablet is used for the treatment of Hypertension and prevent other cardiovascular diseases.

Usage Direction of Eslo Tel 2.5 mg Tablet:

• Eslo Tel 2.5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Eslo Tel 2.5 mg tablet is taken whole with help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precautions & Related Information of Eslo Tel 2.5 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this tablet inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Eslo Tel 2.5 mg tablet is moisture sensitive tablets. Do not remove from blisters until immediately before administration.
• Consult with physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue this product as soon as possible. Drugs that directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25°C in dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
