About Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment :

Entrak soothe eye ointment is prescribed for the treatment of allergic eye disease. Each Entrak soothe eye ointment contains Tacrolimus 0.03 % w/w and Sterile Ointment Base q.s.

Use of Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment :

• Entrak soothe eye ointment is used to treat allergic eye disease.
• It is ophthalmic use only.

Usage direction of Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment :

• To be used as directed by physician/ophthalmologist.
• Wash your eyes and hands before each application.
• Replace the cap tightly closed after use.
• Use within one month after opening the tube.
• You may refer package insert for further information.

Precaution and Related information of Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment :

• It is external use only.
• If anyone is allergic to this ointment should be consult with physician immediately.
• Pregnancy & Lactation: Please consult with physician during pregnancy and lactation.
• To make sure you remove contact lenses before use it and wait for at least 15 minutes to wear contact lenses again.
• It is advised to check the seal before use it for first time.
• Keep medicine out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Do not freeze.
