About Ensorex 100 mg Tablet:

Ensorex 100 mg tablet is used to treat Parkinson's disease.

Each Ensorex 100 mg tablet contains Amantadine Hydrochloride 100 mg.

Amantadine is a weak dopamine agonist possessing antimuscarinic properties. It alters dopamine release and re-uptake. It also non-competitively antagonizes N-methyl-D-aspartate.
As an antiviral drug, it interferes with a viral protein, M2 (an ion channel), which is needed for the viral particle to become uncoated once it is taken inside the cell by endocytosis.

Use of Ensorex 100 mg Tablet:

Ensorex 100 mg tablet is prescribed for the management of Parkinson's disease and drug-induced extrapyramidal reactions. It can also be used to treat the signs and symptoms of certain viral infections.

Usage direction of Ensorex 100 mg Tablet:

• Ensorex 100 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Ensorex 100 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
