About Endobloc T Kit :

Each combipack contains: 10 Ambrisentan Tablets & 10 Tadalafil Tablets

A) Ambrisentan Tablets 5 mg : Each film-coated tablet contains: Ambrisentan 5 mg.

B) Tadalafil Tablets 20 mg : Each film-coated tablet contains: Tadalafil 20 mg.

Use of Endobloc T Kit :

Endobloc T Kit is used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Usage direction of Endobloc T Kit :

• Endobloc T Kit should be taken orally.
• Endobloc T Kit is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
