About Doxy-1 L DR Forte Capsule:

Each Doxy-1 L DR Forte capsule contains Doxycycline Hyclate equivalent to Doxycycline (pellets) 100 mg, Lactic Acid Bacillus (enteric coated pellets) 5 billion Spores and Excipients q.s.

Doxycycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic synthetically derived from oxytetracycline and used to treat a wide variety of susceptible bacterial infections. It inhibits protein synthesis by prohibiting the 30S ribosomal subunit of bacteria.

Lactobacillus is a probiotic and it is called as friendly bacteria. It is used along with antibiotics in order to restore the body’s natural microbial flora within the digestive tract. Lactobacillus helps in the breakdown of food and leads to the production of lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and other byproducts. This will alter the intestinal pH and that make the environment hostile to pathogens.

• Doxy-1 L DR Forte capsule is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
