About Deriva Cms Gel :

Deriva Cms gel contains Adapalene (as Microspheres) 0.1% w/w, Clindamycin Phosphate Equivalent to Clindamycin 1.0% w/w and Aqueous gel base q.s.

Preservatives : Methylparaben 0.1% w/w and Phenoxyethanol 0.25% w/w.

Use of Deriva Cms Gel :

Deriva Cms gel used for the treatment of acne.

Usage direction of Deriva Cms Gel :

• For the dose & time schedule, follow the physician’s guideline.
• Should be applied topically.
• Clean & dry the affected area before application.  
• A thin layer of the medicine should be applied gently on the affected area.        
• Replace the cap tightly after use.
• Refer the package insert information for proper usage direction.
