About Dapanorm 5 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Dapanorm 5 mg tablet contains Dapagliflozin Propanediol monohydrate equivalent to Dapagliflozin 5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Dapanorm 5 mg Tablet:

Dapanorm 5 mg tablet is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Usage direction of Dapanorm 5 mg Tablet:

• Dapanorm 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Dapanorm 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
