About Concor AM 5 mg Tablet :

Each film coated Concor AM 5 mg tablet contains Bisoprolol Fumarate 5 mg and Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine base 5 mg.

Use of Concor AM 5 mg Tablet :

Concor AM 5 mg tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of :

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Prevention of other cardiovascular disease

Usage direction of Concor AM 5 mg Tablet :

• Concor AM 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Concor AM 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
