About Colihenz P 400 mg Tablet :

Each film coated Colihenz P 400 mg tablet contains Citicoline Sodium equivalent to Citicoline 500 mg, Piracetam 400 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Colihenz P 400 mg Tablet :

Colihenz P 400 mg tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of acute stroke by increasing a brain chemical called phosphatidylcholine, which improves brain function. Colihenz P 400 tablet also decreases brain tissue damage during a brain injury by repairing damaged nerve cells.

Usage direction of Colihenz P 400 mg Tablet :

• Colihenz P 400 mg Tablet should be taken orally.
• Colihenz P 400 mg Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
