About Bisoheart 5 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Bisoheart 5 mg tablet contains Bisoprolol Fumarate 5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Bisoheart 5 mg tablet selectively and competitively blocks ß1-adrenergic receptors to result in lower cardiac output. When ß1-receptors are activated by adrenergic neurotransmitters, both the blood pressure and heart rate increase, leading to greater cardiovascular work, increasing the oxygen demand. Bisoheart 5 mg tablet reduces cardiac workload by decreasing contractility and the need for oxygen through competitive inhibition of ß1-adrenergic receptors.

Use of Bisoheart 5 mg Tablet:

Bisoheart 5 mg tablet is prescribed in the management of hypertension (high blood pressure), angina pectoris (heart related chest pain) and arrhythmia (irregular heart rhythms).

It also helps to prevent future heart attacks.

Usage direction of Bisoheart 5 mg Tablet:

• Bisoheart 5 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Bisoheart 5 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Storage condition of Bisoheart 5 mg Tablet:

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC. Protect from light.
