About Atorec EZ Tablet:

Atorec EZ Tablet is a combination medicine, indicated for prophylaxis of dyslipidaemias and reducing the risk of other associated cardiovascular events.

Each film-coated tablet contains Atorvastatin Calcium equivalent to Atorvastatin 10 mg, Ezetimibe 10 mg.

Atorvastatin and Ezetimibe both belong to a class of dyslipidaemic medicines. Both medicines decrease levels of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), and fatty substances and increase levels of HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol), and act by reducing the cholesterol absorption in the digestive tract.    

Use of Atorec EZ Tablet:

Atorec EZ Tablet is prescribed for the prophylaxis of hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol in the blood), mixed hyperlipidemia (increased fat levels in the blood), homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (a hereditary disease that elevates cholesterol levels in the blood), and reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular events such as heart attack, stroke, and chest pain.

Usage Direction of Atorec EZ Tablet:

• Atorec EZ Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Atorec EZ Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Atorec EZ Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Atorec EZ Tablet, inform the physician immediately.  
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Atorec EZ Tablet:

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
