About Asomex TM Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Asomex TM tablet contains S (-) Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to S (-) Amlodipine 2.5mg, Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Asomex TM Tablet:

Asomex TM tablet is prescribed for the treatment of Hypertension and prevent other cardiovascular diseases.

Usage Direction of Asomex TM Tablet:

• Asomex TM tablet should be taken orally.
• Asomex TM tablet is taken whole with help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precautions And Related Information of Asomex TM Tablet:

• If allergic to this tablet inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25°C. Protect from light and moisture.
