About Ascovent Capsule:

Each hard gelatin Ascovent capsule contains Acebrophyline 100 mg and Excipients q.s.

Acebrophylline has both muco-regulating and bronchodilating properties. Acebrophylline is used to treat bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.

Use of Ascovent Capsule:

Ascovent capsule is prescribed in following condition:

• Bronchial asthma

• Acute or chronic bronchitis

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Usage direction of Ascovent Capsule:

Ascovent capsule is intended for oral use only.

Ascovent capsule should be swallowed whole with help of water.

Ascovent capsule is not to be opened, chewed, or crushed.

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

If any acute condition (cardiac or respiratory failure, severe chest pain, hypoxia, shock etc) occur during taking this medicine.
