About Aquasurge Eye Drop:

Aquasurge Eye Drop is a sterile tear substitute or artificial tear, formulated with carboxymethylcellulose. It is used as a lubricant for the treatment of dry eye symptoms.

Composition:

Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose: 0.5% w/v, Stablilized Oxychloro Complex: 0.005% w/v (As preservative), Water for injections q.s.

Uses of Aquasurge Eye Drop:

• Substitute of artificial tear.
• Uses as a lubricant for dry eye.

Usage Direction of Aquasurge Eye Drop:

• Aquasurge Eye Drop is intended for external use only as advised.
• Instructions For Use: Turn the tamper proof cap anti-clockwise to break the seal. Remove the cap, dispense drops with gentle pressure. Replace the cap immediately after every use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Aquasurge Eye Drop:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to any ingredients of Aquasurge Eye Drop, let the physician know straight away.
• Warning: If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult a physician.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant applications of this one with any other medicines.
• Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• Aquasurge Eye Drop is not for injectional use.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Aquasurge Eye Drop:

• Store protected from light. Do not Freeze.
