Afasma SR 200 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of different types of pulmonary disease. Each Afasma SR 200 mg tablet contains Acebrophyline 200 mg (sustained release form) and Excipients q.s.

Acebrophylline has both muco-regulating and bronchodilating properties. Acebrophylline is used to treat bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.

Use of Afasma SR 200 mg Tablet:

Afasma SR 200 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of bronchial asthma, acute or chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other types of pulmonary disease. Afasma SR 200 mg tablet acts as a dual action airway regulator that reduces viscosity, adhesivity of mucus & greatly improves mucus clearance in asthma.

Usage direction of Afasma SR 200 mg Tablet:

Afasma SR 200 mg tablet is intended for oral use only.

Afasma SR 200 mg tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.

Afasma SR 200 mg tablet is not to be chewed or crushed.
