Product Information:-
Empty the packet in a bowl (except the small packet), Mix with 200ml of water, 4 table spoon refined oil, ginger and green chilli paste. Leave the batter for 20 minutes. Apply oil to a deep, flat bottomed stainless steel vessel (like a cake pan) that fits into your pressure cooker. Pour some water into the cooker and let it boil. Once the water boils up, add the small packet to the batter and whip it up. Pour it into the prepared vessel to half the height. Place it into the cooker and let it steam for about 25 minutes. Do not put the whistle on the cooker (just like idlis). Let the KhamanDhokla cool down and then transfer it to a plate. For the garnish, heat up some oil and add mustard seeds. After they splutter add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and pour it over the prepared khamandhokla. Top it with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve with PrakashPudina Chutney. Note: Use idli stand to get soft and fluffy Dhokla.
