About P 125 mg Tablet:

P 125 mg Tablet belongs to the group of mild analgesics (pain killer) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medicine indicated to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever.

Each uncoated dispersible P 125 mg Tablet contains Paracetamol 125 mg.

Paracetamol exerts analgesic and antipyretic effects by peripheral blockage of pain impulse generation and inhibition of the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, respectively. It also exhibits weak anti-inflammatory activity by the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

Use of P 125 mg Tablet:

P 125 mg Tablet is prescribed to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is also used for the treatment of conditions including headache, backache, toothache, and common colds.

Usage Direction of P 125 mg Tablet:

• P 125 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• P 125 mg Tablet for Paediatric use only.
• Disperse the P 125 mg Tablet one teaspoonful (5 ml) of water immediately before use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of P 125 mg Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to P 125 mg Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• P 125 mg Tablet should not be used with other Paracetamol containing products.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Taking more than daily dose of Paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (e.g. swelling of the face, mouth and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash).
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of P 125 mg Tablet:

• Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light & moisture.
