Instructions for Use -

Start with the wider side up.
Slide the knee cap up the leg & over the knee.
Position the patella in the patella opening.
Finally, remove the wrinkles.

Care -

Use mild detergent & cold water & air dry. Do not wash in the washing machine or place in a mechanical dryer.
