It improves posture and supports the spine, and partial immobilization with a snug fit. It has a double elastic strap design for proper fitting with 4 plastic paraspinal stays.

Instructions for Use -

Position the back pad properly as shown in the figure.
Secure the ends of the belt snugly.
Hold the outer straps.
Tighten the ends by attaching the hook & loop.
