The flamingo Ankle Grip provides adequate support to the ankle during physical activity. The elastic anklet is an effective device to support, compress and partially immobilize the ankle following an ankle sprain to control pain, edema, or inflammation.

Uses -

Recommended in sprains, strains, edema & ligament injury of the ankle joint & can also be used as prophylaxis in sports. Provides compression, warmth, support & to some extent immobilization.

Instructions for Use -

Insert your foot into the foot portion & pull the stocking upward slowly.
Make sure your heel is centered on the heel opening. Remove wrinkles.
Pull the elastic straps as shown in the figure.
Fasten the elastic straps.
Check for fit.
