Triphala churna from Baidyanath contains the goodness of Triphala- a mixture of amla, bibhitaka and haritaki. This herbal medicine acts as an alternative, astringent and mild laxative. It tones up the function of digestive system and relieves constipation and other symptoms associated with it like loss of appetite, heaviness in abdomen etc. It is useful in dyspepsia, diarrhea, piles, impurity of blood and haemorrhage. It is also indicated in eye diseases. Each 10 gm contains: Haritaki - 3.333gm, Bibhitaka - 3.333 gm and Amalaki - 3.333gm. The dosage is 2-3 teaspoonfuls at bed time with water or butter milk. It comes in a 500gm pack.
