Dosage Information -

Take 3 - 6 teaspoonfuls (15 ml - 30 ml) adding an equal quantity of water twice daily after meals or as directed by the physician.

Ashwagandharist from Baidyanath is a herbal tonic for the nerves containing the goodness of Ashwagandha, Musli, Manjistha, Mulethi, Chaturjat, Bidari, Nishoth, Priyangu, Haridra, Chandan, Dhataki And Jaggery like herbs.
